The Stern Studio at Soundview (#12)

Very clean room in a wonderful location. The beach is right down the road and it's beautiful. Close to restaurants and amenities. The host (Adam) is excellent.

If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid.

The location is excellent with 1 minute walk to the beach and access to the private beach. The apartment was as described but we had a 3 night stay and were not provided with enough towels or k cups for two people and 3 nights 4 days. My biggest gripe is that I was never provided with the unit number, only the key pad code. This was a major headache and inconvenience upon arrival. I was not able to get a hold of anyone promptly and then once I did speak to someone on the phone they told me they had no record of my issue.. This property is huge so I was literally running around trying the keypad code out on all these different units. I think this is an ongoing issue and the reason why is because we heard people on our keypad and I think they were checking in and experiencing the same thing that we had experienced. It should be a basic thing to be provided with your unit number. I spent almost an hour on this ordeal. I asked if I could check out an hour later and I was told no. Because of this experience if I stay in this area again I may look for a different property close by.

I 'd like the quite in October, couples of steps to beach, quite area in Oct., clean room, it has refrigerator, microwave & many things we need in trips, Of course I recommend it and will go back again.

Perfect for a weekend beach getaway. Very small but accurately portrayed in the pictures. It was clean and the host was very helpful and responsive.
